Our client, an international alternative house is looking an Analyst, Real Estate Portfolio Strategies to join the team

About the job:

• Own fund models and run scenario analyses on returns, liquidity, and allocation
• Track portfolio performance and support balance sheet and hedging analytics
• Create sharp internal presentations and investor materials
• Collaborate on quarterly reporting and strategic reviews
• Partner with various internal teams to drive investment decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with minimum 1 year of working experience from IBD or private equity relevant background
• Native/ fluent in English; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive mindset
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a passion for excellence
• Organized, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
