My Client, an impressive Corporate Finance Advisory Business, seek a VP/AD level Real Estate professional, with strong RM/Origination experience, to join their Debt Advisory team in London, and focus on Real Estate transactions.

The role will involve the origination of new real estate debt advisory mandates with a focus on living, industrial, strategic land and digital sectors. The successful candidate will have experience advising clients on a wide range of capital and debt funding solutions and will support the ongoing management of these client relationships, in addition to maintaining relationships across the lender universe. The Assistant Director will support in leading deal execution and contribute to the development of junior colleagues.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

6+ years' experience in corporate finance across debt advisory or lending, with a sector focus on real estate finance.

Proven transaction track-record and exposure to client relationships across living, industrial, strategic land and/or digital sectors. While this role supports origination activity, the successful candidate should demonstrate their ability to building new client relationships and support business growth in line with the agreed business plan.

Demonstrated experience supporting the execution of transactions across a variety of complex debt and capital structures, with the ability to take ownership of key workstreams and contribute to the effective management of deal teams.
