The Munich office focuses on the DACH region and is currently investing out of two active funds targeting small and mid-sized companies in the enterprise software, healthcare and consumer sectors. Associates benefit from close collaboration with colleagues across the international network and exposure to cross-border projects. What the job involves

• Active involvement throughout the investment cycle: origination, evaluation, execution and monitoring
• Conducting in-depth financial and commercial analysis, preparing materials for investment committees
• Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating external advisors
• Working closely with senior team members to drive portfolio company value creation initiatives and contribute to board-level discussions
• Collaborating with international colleagues across multiple offices and attending global conferences and internal meetings

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, financial due diligence or private equity
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills, with a solid grasp of accounting principles
• Track record of managing workstreams and handling multiple tasks in a cross-functional or multi-location environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset and a high level of initiative, ownership and drive
• Native-level German and fluent English is a must
