Attorney - Infrastructure, NY, NY. Provide legal svcs in connection w/ private equity & mergers & acquisitions matters for US, Brazilian & Latin American clients, focusing mainly on infrastructure assets. Reqs Juris Doctor or Master of Laws deg, or foreign equiv. Must have 6 yrs of exp: advising private co's, private equity funds & investors in merger & acquisition transactions in Latin America, w/ focus on the Brazilian mkt; advising private co's on private offerings of equity & debt securities in Latin America, w/ focus on the Brazilian mkt; & directly negotiating on behalf of clients as lead attorney on M&A transactions & securities rltd matters. Must be fluent in spoken & written Portuguese, incl legal & fin'l terminology. Must be licensed to practice law in NY. One domestic trip & two trips to Latin America per year for deal closings & bus. dvlpmt is reqd. $435,000/yr.
