Description
Howly is a Ukrainian multi-product company within the SKELAR venture builder. We build products for users in the global professional services market.
SKELAR is a venture builder creating international product IT companies under the rules of venture investment. Together we assemble strong teams to launch product businesses and succeed in global markets.
Over the past 4+ years, we’ve built 4 powerful products:
— Global legal solutions platform: making legal help simple, fast, and accessible through digitized processes.
— Smart document automation: eliminating routine tasks and radically simplifying document work.
— Career growth platform: helping people grow through career tools, from resumes to expert consulting.
— Technical talent marketplace: connecting technical specialists with users who need their expertise — fast and efficiently.
We are growing quickly and building with clear business logic, creating a place where it’s exciting to work today and worth staying for the long term. A year ago, we launched our R&D direction, and four strong teams are already building new products. We’re driven by intellect, determination, and a shared vision, as big words only matter when backed by action.
Our team genuinely cares about: what we create, how we work, who we work with, and why we do it.
We are currently looking for a Business Associate to join Howly!
What challenges await our Business Associate:
— Building an efficient analytical process to explore new niches for launching R&D products.
— Playing an active role in developing the existing product portfolio: analyzing unit economics, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing business processes.
— Being responsible for analyzing financial models across all products and the overall business.
— Developing business growth strategies.
This role gives you space to fully express yourself and, in the long term, make a decisive impact on business development.
Our values — our foundation
Ownership, not just in words:
We don’t ask “what’s my KPI?” — we come with ideas on how to make things better. Maturity, not micromanagement.
Bias for action, not chaos:
We make decisions quickly and choose action over endless approvals, while still respecting structure and quality.
Openness:
Transparent goals, open communication, honest feedback — even when it’s tough. You can be yourself here, and your voice matters.
Active, infinite growth:
We grow the business and create growth opportunities for our people — training, development, and new roles. We provide opportunities, and people use them.
At Howly, there are no “random” people. We’ve gathered smart, mature, diverse, and caring teammates. We support each other, value clarity, and never “do things just to do them.”
This is a team you’ll want to work, learn, grow, joke, and create with.
We’ve built a culture that values depth and quality of interaction. We know how to work efficiently — and have fun. We plan to keep building tech businesses, conquering global markets, and working for Ukraine’s victory.
What we offer (via SKELAR & Howly):
— Internal professional clubs: marketing, product, development, finance, recruiting.
— Training compensation: courses, training programs, conferences.
— Health insurance and a corporate doctor.
— Mental Health program compensation.
— Free sports classes with corporate trainers.
— Breakfasts and lunches in the office.
Build boldly with those who push the limits!
