Description
Job summary:We are seeking a talented Associate to join the North America Client Platform team within Americas Client Service. As an Associate on this team, you will assist on projects to streamline business processes, strengthen the controls environment and manage business initiatives for the Client Account Management (CAM) organization as well as have responsibility for monitor controls and regulatory reporting.
Job responsibilities:
- Evaluate current Client Account Manager (CAM) processes and identify gaps and opportunities in collaboration with team and business.
- Work on projects, including developing and managing a project plan, synthesizing and interpreting data, producing presentation materials, syndicating plans and implementation.
- Manage reporting and control monitoring processes.
- Partner extensively with colleagues across AM, including client service, product, finance, operations, and technology teams.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strategic mindset to unpack complex problems, build solutions, and manage execution.
- Strong Excel skills for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources and ability to present conclusions concisely in PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Able to manage different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
- Able to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Risk and control mindset.
