Your role & what we’re looking for
- Board-certified/board-eligible MD/DO or OD with ophthalmology specialty (Comprehensive and/or Glaucoma).
- Strong surgical aptitude, proven clinical skills, and a patient-centered mindset.
- A desire to partner in growth: clinical excellence, team building, innovation.
- Entrepreneurial spirit appreciated—but we’ll support with infrastructure, tech, staff so you can excel without burden.
