Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager, Finance to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the financial operations and reporting functions of Keppel Capital International, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across various financial processes.

Job Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting for a few operational entities.
* Prepare and review accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, SFRS).
* Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and efficient utilization of funds.
* Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and facilitate smooth audits.
* Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
* Participate in the preparation of board papers and management reports, providing insightful financial commentary.
* Assist in the evaluation of new investment opportunities from a financial perspective.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems.
* Other ad-hoc scope as assigned

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the real estate, asset management, or private equity sectors.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and tax regulations.
* Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to mentor junior staff.
