Job Title: Director - Private Equity / Venture Capital (Healthcare)

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

We are looking for a Director with 8-15 years of experience to lead private equity and venture capital investments in the healthcare sector. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing deals, while supporting portfolio companies to drive growth and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution of healthcare investments.
• Build relationships with founders, healthcare executives, and co-investors.
• Conduct market and sector analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies and monitor performance.
• Prepare investment committee materials, financial models, and reports.

Qualifications:

• 8-15 years in PE, VC, investment banking, or corporate development in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare markets, business models, and regulations.
• Proven track record of sourcing, executing, and managing investments.
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
