Reporting to: APAC Head of Compliance

Our client, a leading US hedge fund, is seeking a Compliance professional to work closely with the APAC Head of Compliance. This role will oversee day-to-day compliance activities across Hong Kong and Singapore, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor compliance programs for Hong Kong and Singapore operations.
• Provide guidance on regulatory obligations, particularly related to equities trading.
• Liaise with regulators and handle inquiries or inspections as needed.
• Review and approve marketing materials, trade surveillance, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with global compliance teams to maintain consistent standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Equities Compliance within hedge funds, asset management, or investment banking.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong and Singapore regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
