About the role:
- Be the strategic partner of the Ciroc/Lobos Integration Finance Director and Trade Marketing director
- Provide financial insights to help grow the brands
- Support the marketing and commercial budget development and monthly forecasts & reporting.
- Manage risks and opportunities and provide performance insights.
- Maintain a strong internal control & compliance environment.
- Simplify reporting and decision-making processes by developing new digital tools.
Role Responsibilities:
- Day to day business partner to the Integration Finance Director and Trade Marketing Director
- Interact with multiple functions and coordinates the flow of information between multiple levels of management (Supply, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial, Marketing)
- Effectively work with numerous members of finance community and other functions within Diageo
- Interaction and partnering with the commercial divisions in order to lead the Ciroc/Lobos forecast, including planning instructions, challenge and builds, and gaining the commercial insights to be fully embedded in the business you are covering.
- Based in New York City (NY)
What will you need to succeed in this role?
- Good accounting, planning, reporting, analysis, and controls understanding.
- Good business acumen.
- Building and leveraging relationships across different functions
Experience / skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting , 5 years of financial and accounting experience
- Excellent leadership, analytical and planning skills.
- Proven ability to partner with senior partners from different functions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Industry knowledge and experience is a plus
