Finance Manager opportunity within a small property development business Your new company

We are pleased to be partnering again in their search for a Finance Manager/Financial Controller to lead the finance function.

Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director and COO, you will oversee end-to-end finance functions and a small team of accountants.

• Financial reporting for group entities, including the parent company
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Group entity level work, including loan and tax-related work
• Consolidation of group reporting
• Monitor ongoing compliance to accounting policies and standards
• Cash flow forecasting responsibilities

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be CPA or CA qualified with experience in a small-medium property development business or similar. You must have written and verbal business proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese to be considered for this role.
What you'll get in return
