This role is an integral part of the FP&A organization and is the "hub" of the company wide planning process. This individual will help lead and drive the Company's monthly financial forecasting, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and responsible for overseeing Oracle EPM for the FP&A team. In addition, this role will help provide thought leadership and Finance support to our Clinical Solutions business line. They will also oversee the sales incentive planning process. The position reports to the Director - Financial Planning & Analysis
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Admin for Oracle EPM planning application
- Working with the Director, set forth the planning calendar and operational planning process for Paradigm
- Drive the annual Budget, quarterly re-forecast, monthly reporting, and variance analysis at a corporate and business line level
- Month end reporting for Paradigm Senior leadership, PE owners (OMERS) and business line leadership
- Serve as the Finance business partner to Paradigm's Shared Service leadership
- Ownership for company wide Headcount planning and analysis across all business lines
- Support the Clinical Solution Business Unit (Focus on Case Management) Financial planning process (Budget, Forecast and monthly reporting/variance analysis)
- Perform monthly and quarterly financial analytics and deep dives into the business looking for synergy opportunities, margin improvement, and expense rationalization
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Oversee and lead the sales incentive process for the company
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
- Oversee, mentor and lead Sr FA
- Responsible for complying with Paradigm Information Security requirements and policies, for safeguarding Paradigm or Paradigm related passwords, and for notifying Paradigm of any Information Security incidents per policy SEC 10-12 Information Security Incident Management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
- 7+ years' experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis capacity
- Strong leadership skills required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and database/OLAP skills desirable
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
- Effective problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Skilled at handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members
- Oracle EPM/Enterprise Planning Experience
