A leading UK growth-focused private equity firm is seeking a Fund Accountant to join its expanding finance team. The firm partners with founders and management teams to build market-leading businesses and manages a diverse portfolio of companies across multiple growth sectors.

The Fund Accountant will be a key member of the finance function, supporting both day-to-day fund accounting and strategic financial oversight. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing fund accounts and quarterly investor reporting
• Liaising with external administrators, auditors, and service providers
• Monitoring and managing fund cash flows, capital calls, and distributions
• Supporting broader financial operations and reporting as the firm scales

This role is ideal for someone 2-3 years post-qualification, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Candidates should be eager to take ownership, work independently, and engage hands-on with all aspects of fund accounting.
