Description

A hedge fund is seeking a Fund Counsel to join the firm. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, high-performance environment and contribute to product development, legal documentation, and client engagement.

Role Overview

• Act as a key liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders, including fund boards, investors, and service providers.
• Oversee client onboarding and maintain strong relationships throughout the client lifecycle.
• Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for new product launches (funds and SMAs), including offering materials, investment agreements, and service contracts.
• Coordinate operational due diligence processes with investors and counterparties.
• Support product innovation through research and project management.
• Prepare board reports and maintain investor records and data rooms.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher; law degree / legal qualification is essential
• 3-5 years of experience in buyside or Private Practice
• Legal training and/or CFA designation is advantageous.
• Excellent command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
