You will work closely with our global team to deliver brand-consistent, high-quality presentations and multimedia content. Your expertise will ensure our materials are visually appealing, accessible, and aligned with our strategic goals. Together, we will elevate our brand and drive business success.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling sales materials that communicate our value proposition
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all platforms
- Design and format PowerPoint presentations for maximum impact and clarity
- Edit and enhance video content to support multimedia projects
- Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure files meet production specifications
- Select and strategically place visual elements to enhance communication
- Collaborate with team members to deliver cohesive, impactful materials
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- Lead creative efforts on various projects, aligning with strategic objectives
- Apply knowledge of document accessibility and ADA specifications
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all deliverables
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate or agency design roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong sense of color, space, navigation, and branding
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures and regions
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
- Creative, service-oriented, and adaptable mindset
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects
- Experience in the printing industry
- Knowledge of financial services sector
- Understanding of document accessibility and ADA compliance
- Experience with global teams and cross-regional collaboration
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Analytical and perception awareness abilities
