Description

Reporting to the executive team, this role will own the organisation's corporate development agenda - spanning acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and broader growth initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping where and how the business invests, while working closely with senior leaders across regions and functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine corporate growth and investment strategy in partnership with senior leadership
• Lead end-to-end transaction activity, from opportunity assessment through execution
• Evaluate new markets and competitive dynamics to support long-term decision-making
• Prepare investment materials and recommendations for executive and shareholder review
• Support integration planning and performance tracking following transactions

Requirements:

• Background in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Demonstrated experience executing complex transactions from origination through completion
• Commercially astute, analytically strong and comfortable working with ambiguity
