We're working with an exciting fund launch that is growing rapidly and looking for an addition to their operations team. Their growth has been backed by fantastic performance over the past 18 months hence, it is a great time to be joining the team.

The vacancy is best suited to a junior candidate with 2 to 4 years' relevant experience. The fund very much leans on technology and so this hire will be required to have hands-on coding experience, ideally with Python. The surrounding team is astute in this area and can help where needed with regards to programming. Desired operations experience is centred on general trade lifecycle management (credit derivatives in particular would be ideal), margining, cashflow management, and ad-hoc tasks relating to their middle and front office.

As mentioned, an exciting to be joining the team and excellent prospect for professional development. The business does allow ad-hoc WFH however, applicant's should be prepared to be in office 5-days a week on most occasions.
