Our strategy is investing in Small and Mid-sized companies that have a niche focus and long-term tailwinds. We also work on tactical and contrarian investment ideas. Our research requires diving deep into the financials, doing desk as well as on-ground research, connecting with the management and other stakeholders to gather insights.

We offer equity investment recommendations on IPOs, special situation investment ideas as well as adhoc research.

We are looking for Interns and Associates for our equity research team.

The primary role would be to gather data, do a deep dive into the fundamental and technical aspects of the business. Deep dive into the industry value chain and peer set. Assess the valuations on the individual as well as relative to peers and arrive at a potential target price of the company.

The role would require presenting your research in multiple formats, including writing formal reports.

Requirements

Understanding of Financial Statements and accounting standards for a comprehensive analysis

Ability to create intermediate-level financial models

Understanding of valuation methodologies

Inquisitiveness to understand business models and the industry value chain
