Description
The Role- Analysis of new transactions and existing exposures, research and creating financial models to support the execution process
- Focus on Commercial Ground Rents and Social Infrastructure as well as the wider lending space
- Supporting the origination team in the development of new business
- Effectively liaisng with various teams including legal advisors, Investment Committee and management
- Investment reporting including factsheet production and responses to investor requests
The Requirements
- Property Valuations experience
- Strong technical background, ability to model from scratch
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong interest and/or understanding of the real estate credit investment space
