Description
This client is a leading middle market investment bank committed to delivering exceptional advisory services to growth-oriented companies. The Technology team partners with innovative businesses across software, IT services, and emerging tech sectors, providing strategic guidance on M&A, capital raising and other transformative transactions. The team is seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join the technology group in NYC. The role offers significant responsibility in transaction execution and client engagement, working alongside senior bankers on complex deals that shape the technology landscape.Key Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day execution of M&A and capital markets transactions within the technology sector.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct industry and company research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor analysts and contribute to team development.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of investment banking experience, preferably with exposure to technology transactions.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
