We are partnering with a well-established real assets investment firm based in Singapore, and they are looking for an Investment & Fund Management Professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead due diligence and evaluation of new investment opportunities, managing the full deal cycle in collaboration with regional teams.
• Oversee portfolio performance, conduct market research and synthesize insights to support investment decisions.
• Develop and review financial models, ensuring robust analysis for potential acquisitions and ongoing asset management.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for senior management and investment committees.
• Contribute to capital partner engagement and support fundraising initiatives.
• Monitor fund performance, assist with cash flow management, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, infrastructure, or data centres.
• Proven track record in executing transactions and managing assets.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
