What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, with strong technical and analytical skills.
• Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases for data analysis and extraction; familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Project Skills: Hands-on experience in M&A projects and data migration activities; ability to document as-is" and to-be" processes clearly.
• Testing: Knowledge of UAT, including writing and maintaining test scripts.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Japanese and English to liaise with management, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Bonus: Knowledge of financial services or insurance systems is a plus.
