Pocasset Golf Club is a private equity, member owned golf club, located in a quiet village of Pocasset in the town of Bourne, MA. Founded in 1916. Club members and their guests enjoy an amazing 18-hole Donald Ross Design golf course. The facility does approximately 22,000-25,000 rounds annually. Programs span across the entire scope of the membership with 35-40 annual member events geared to men, women, juniors and couples. Pocasset has hosted such events as the Mid-Amateur Championship, Womens Mass Amateur Championship, PGA Assistants Championship and U.S Senior Open Qualifier.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PGA Certification or Associate classification
• Golf Genius Tournament software exposure
• Members First website tee time management experience (or the like)
• Club Systems POS experience (or the like)

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide high-end Member and guest experience.
• Conduct tournament operations.
• Perform work with Golf Genius Tournament Management.
• Successfully accomplish planning, preparation, execution, and wrap up of events.
• Involved in teaching and instructional programming.
• Junior Golf Clinics
• Ladies Golf Clinics
• Individual Instruction.
• Assist in team building, training, and management.
• Perform daily operational responsibilities.
• Excel at clear verbal and written communications with team members.
• Commit time to motivate and help other team members successfully and effectively satisfy their roles.
• Contribute to the golf shop merchandising operation.
• Sell, display, promote, and merchandise inventory.
• Assist with inventory management through monthly inventory counts, invoice entry, and following proper inventory control procedures.
