Description

• Advise on legal and regulatory matters related to hedge fund formation, structuring, and governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including ISDA, prime brokerage, custody, and subscription documents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across APAC jurisdictions.
• Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and service providers on complex legal issues.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Support internal teams on investor relations, risk management, and transactional activities.

• Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally in a top-tier law firm or financial institution.
• Strong background in funds, financial services, or corporate law.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
