Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Loan IQ team to partner with the Business.As a Product Owner within the Loan IQ Production Defects Resolution team as a part of Corporate and Investment Banking Wholesale Lending Services, you will oversee the review and resolution of production incidents reported by Loan IQ users worldwide. Your primary responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis on defects, identifying both temporary solutions and permanent fixes, and coordinating with the Loan IQ vendor to report and track defects. You will actively engage with the vendor for updates on code fixes, collaborate with users for testing, and work closely with the technology team to ensure the effective deployment of defect resolutions. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across teams to maintain the stability and reliability of the Loan IQ application.
Job responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive root cause analysis and resolution of product issues and defects within Loan IQ, addressing business needs through effective problem-solving.
- Assist in end-to-end testing and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Utilize your understanding of the Loan IQ data model to investigate data incidents and support both business and technical requirements (preferred).
- Independently create and manage Loan IQ test transactions and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams through effective stakeholder management and communication.
- Prioritize and manage the incident backlog to maximize business value and align with strategic goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in both product and process.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with the Loan IQ application and lending domain.
- In-depth familiarity with all Loan IQ features and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of agented and non-agented loan servicing throughout the full loan lifecycle.
- Understanding of SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution within Loan IQ.
- Proven track record in identifying and resolving production issues in Loan IQ.
- Capable of independently managing Loan IQ test transactions and UAT in Loan IQ.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across multiple regions.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
