As a Manager in our Brisbane M&A team, you'll lead engagements, mentor junior team members, and work directly with clients on strategic decisions that matter.

Your Opportunity
As a Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage transaction processes across the full deal cycle, including buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising mandates.
- Oversee the preparation of indicative valuation reports, detailed financial models, and complex financial analyses.
- Provide strategic insights and financial due diligence to buyers and vendors.
- Draft and review client-ready marketing materials, including information memoranda, prospectuses, and board presentations.
- Drive business development initiatives, including mapping potential targets, building client relationships, and contributing to proposals.
- Collaborate with national and global KPMG teams on cross-border transactions.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop technical and commercial skills.

Your Experience
We value diversity of thought and experience. Ideally, you have:
- Significant experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, private equity, or Big 4/Mid-tier accounting (M&A Advisory or Transaction Services).
- Proven ability to manage deal processes end-to-end, including client interaction and stakeholder management.
- Advanced technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields; CA or CFA highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- A proactive attitude, strong team ethic, and motivation to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.
