A leading real estate fund management firm is looking for a portfolio manager to join their dynamic team in Singapore due to expansion of business needs.

Responsibilities

You will report to the Head of Department and be part of the Portfolio Management team. In this role, you will be part of a high-performing platform with a diversified portfolio spanning commercial, retail, hospitality, logistics and various assets across key APAC markets. You will play a pivotal role in driving portfolio performance through active asset management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Requirements

You are an independent individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management. Candidates from investment, or asset management who has prior exposure in portfolio management are also welcome. To excel in this role, you should be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong writing and communication skills.
