This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic investment team with broad exposure across Private Credit, Public Credit, and Private Equity. As an Investment Associate, you will gain hands-on experience in deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management, contributing to transactions that drive growth and create long-term value for leading businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and due diligence on private and public credit opportunities as well as private equity deals.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, risk, and return profiles across asset classes.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and external stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics for credit and equity investments, identify risks, and assist in value creation initiatives.
• Support ongoing portfolio management, including covenant monitoring and capital structure analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners on regional transactions.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic factors impacting credit and equity markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in private credit, public credit, private equity, or investment banking.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset.
