Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily fund operational support including but not limited to trade capture, corporate action processing, position reconciliations and valuation preparation;
• Perform operations duties such as cash management, fund expenses payment, position monitoring and report preparation;
• Coordinate with fund administrators and clients to assist with subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches;
• Handle the registration process such as securities account opening/closing, and prepare relevant documents;
• Liaise with various parties including investment managers, brokers, custodians, auditors and other service providers;
• Participate in system testing for new products when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• At least 3 - 5 years of asset management operations experience;
• Experience with SFC authorised funds is preferred;
• Knowledge on Investment products including Equities, Fixed Income, Money Market Funds;
• Knowledge of excel and some programming skills is preferred;
• Detail minded, self-motivated, keen to learn, good team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese);
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, DTCC ITP Platform / Omgeo and Linedata system will be an advantage.
