Key Responsibilities

• Source and develop investment opportunities in the technology sector through market research and industry analysis
• Build and maintain robust financial models; perform valuation analyses (DCF, comparables) and assess returns
• Lead and coordinate due diligence across financial, operational, and commercial dimensions
• Prepare high-quality investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and growth planning
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies within TMT

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking (M&A, TMT) or private/growth equity investing
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical assessment
• Deep understanding of technology industry trends, business models, and value drivers
• Excellent ommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Cantonese or Bahasa
