Help us deliver trusted solutions for our clients and stakeholders.As a Regulatory Operations Lead in the Philippines Operations team, you ensure accurate and timely reporting for transactions across foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives, and payments. You help us maintain compliance with local regulations, monitor risk exposure, and foster stakeholder confidence. Together, we drive the success of our team and support the firm's reputation for operational excellence.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the Regulatory Operations team in ensuring smooth day to day operations.
- Liaise with stakeholders and regulators if needed for any regulatory concerns
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and work closely with other line of business.
- Stay abreast of Regulatory changes affecting Payments and Markets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Identify areas for enhancement, drive automation and process efficiencies.
- Perform regular and annual review to update and revise SOPs
- Work closely with other Operations Units, Compliance, risk management, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Ability of identify opportunities and promptly initiate action and escalate potential risks to minimize loss.
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility to accomplish goals.
- Commitment to providing high standards of quality deliverable.
- Ability to communicate proactively and openly with internal business partners.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Knowledge and deep understanding of the local Regulations is an advantage.
