Position Summary:
BRG is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our HRIS team within our HR organization. This role is responsible for the effective management, configuration and optimization of our Workday HCM platform, including data integrity, system enhancements and reporting/analytics. This role will support the technology and enhancement of our HR functions across multiple products including Benefits, Recruiting, Performance/Talent and Learning, as well as interacting in cross-functional activities with Payroll, IT, and Finance/Accounting organizations. This is an opportunity to join a small, dynamic and engaging HRIS team to drive value and enhancements to our HCM technology stack.
Candidates wishing to be based in a BRG office will benefit by working from Emeryville, CA, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX or Washington, DC. BRG also welcomes candidates who wish to work remotely, with the expectation that the candidate can travel to an onsite office occasionally (roughly once per quarter).
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Workday HCM, ensuring each product is optimized to meet organizational needs
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly as they arise through various communication channels within the organization
- Meet with functional stakeholders, accurately capture requirements and translate those requirements into the best application of Workday functionality
- Maintain data accuracy, compliance and governance across HCM and downstream processes
- Comprehensive Release Management to stay up to date on Workday functionality and actively develop HR Technology roadmap
- Compile data, analytics, and metrics to present to HR and business leaders
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are implemented holistically, not isolated from the rest of Workday
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in related field
- 4-6 years direct Workday HCM experience in some or all of these products:
- Core HCM
- Benefits
- Recruiting
- Talent Optimization
- Learning
- Reporting/Dashboards/Discovery Boards
- Solid grasp of Workday Security
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated and highly attentive to detail in daily tasks and finished work products
- Ability to stay organized and track ongoing issues, both individually as well as within team project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion working with highly sensitive information
Desired Qualifications:
- Some technical Workday integration experience; i.e. building net new simple integrations, transformations, flat files, as well as EIBs
- Experience working with Service Now for tickets and change requests
- Experience working with a global employee population
- Experience at a consulting firm or other professional service-oriented company
Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000
Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
