Description
Job responsibilitiesLead and coordinate Product Acceptance Testing for cross currency product enhancements and releases, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Develop comprehensive test strategies and scripts tailored to cross currency workflows, including FX conversions, settlements, and multi-currency transactions.
Investigate and analyze technical issues specific to cross currency processing, collaborating with technology and operations teams to identify root causes and solutions.
Log, track, and prioritize defects related to cross currency functionalities, driving timely resolution with Product Development and Operations.
Execute test cases for new features, regulatory changes, and client requests; document and communicate test results, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact between Product Development, Product Management, Operations, and Sales for cross currency product testing and quality assurance.
Continuously enhance testing methodologies and tools to address the complexities of cross currency products, improving efficiency and product quality.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, issues, and resolutions to support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Contribute expertise throughout the cross currency product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to testing, launch, and post-implementation support.
Optimizes processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Strong understanding of cross currency workflows, FX conversions, settlements, and multi-currency transaction processing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues and identify root causes.
Ability to log, track, and prioritize defects, and drive resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with technology, product development, operations, and sales teams in a collaborative environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Deep expertise in cross currency payments, FX transaction processing, and international payment systems.
Strong knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022, and other payment messaging standards.
Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks for cross border payments (e.g., AML, KYC, OFAC).
Proficiency with testing tools, issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), and documentation platforms.
Experience in the payments domain, with a background in Payments Operations or Product Management.
Proven track record in leading complex UAT cycles and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
