Job Description

1. Lead strategic research and planning, oversee strategy management and risk control, and regularly evaluate execution progress, reporting to senior management, the board, and headquarters.
2. Spearhead the development of investment research frameworks and foster talent building within the research team.
3. Conduct macro-level analysis of global economic trends, market dynamics, and policies, as well as industry-specific research and investment strategies, with a focus on Hong Kong's tech innovation and Belt and Road markets.
4. Engage with external institutions for research collaboration and industry exchange.
5. Efficiently complete other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Investment, or related fields preferred.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in investment banking or professional investment institutions; background in strategic planning, macro/industry analysis is advantageous; familiarity with Hong Kong markets is a plus.
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Cantonese is preferred; CFA, FRM, or relevant licenses are highly desirable.
4. High professionalism, strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
