Description
Join a non-private equity, physician owned, family oriented medical and surgical retina practice in Central Florida. We are seeking a fellowship trained, board eligible or board certified retina specialist skilled in medical and surgical retina. You will provide high quality, compassionate patient care across the full spectrum of retinal disease. Candidates should be comfortable managing medical and surgical retina cases including uveitis, pediatric retina, and ocular tumors. No hospital call. Surgical work is split between hospital and ambulatory surgery centers. You will have immediate high surgical volume, strong referral relationships, advanced technology, and a collaborative environment with a competitive base salary and productivity incentives.
Requirements
Position Details
Fellowship trained retina specialist with experience in medical and surgical retina. Diagnose and treat age related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vein occlusions. Perform intravitreal injections, laser procedures, vitrectomy, and scleral buckling. Work closely with referring physicians and clinical staff to maintain accurate documentation, efficient workflows, and strong clinical outcomes. We seek a motivated physician who values patient education, quality results, and long term practice growth. Research and clinical trial participation may be available.
