Description
My client is an well established Chinese platform and currently urgently seeking for a VP level in their corporate finance division.Responsibilities:
- Lead / supervise the execution of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, financial advisory, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and other fund raising activities;
- Responsible for due diligence work, record keeping, internal compliance work and coordination and management of other professional parties on the transactions;
- Communicate with clients, professional parties and the regulators including the Stock Exchange and the SFC;
- Work closely with senior investment bankers in the origination/evaluation of potential deals, marketing initiatives, and management of client relationship
Requirements:
- Degree holder in accounting, finance, or law in a reputable university is preferred. MBA, CPA and/or CFA is highly preferred
- SFC Type 1 and Type 6 licenses
- Possess at least 5 years' relevant HK IPO / corporate finance experience with proven track record of handling IPO and financial advisory deals, i.e. participated and completed at least 3 IPOs from start to finish. Prior experience in Chinese organizations / banks is preferred
- Good understanding of securities market, investment banking and corporate finance activities
- Sound knowledge in the Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and other relevant rules and regulations, preferable sponsor principal
- Good command of Mandarin Chinese and English
