This is an excellent opportunity for a fellowship trained vitreoretinal surgeon to join a well-established (est 1981). multi subspeciailty ophthalmology practice. The retinal surgeon would assume a thriving retina practice. The highly motivated candidate must be fellowship trained in surgical/medical retina and board certified/eligible. Applicants must have excellent surgical skills, a personable bedside manner, willingness to expand our present retinal practice, and possess qualities of a team player. Non PE practice.
Kaufman Eye Institute is a well-established, well-respected multi subspecialty ophthalmology practice that serves 4 locations in the greater Tampa area. These locations serve rapidly expanding communities with excellent growth projections for the next few decades. Our practice consists of a comprehensive cataract surgeon, a cornea specialist, glaucoma specialist, a retinal surgeon, a neuro/oculoplastic specialist, a medical ophthalmologist and an optometrist. We have 50 excellent support staff who are very team and patient focused. Our administrative staff and policies/procedures are well polished. No hospital ER call, no capitated HMO contracts. No state income tax.
A generous salary, production bonus and compensation package is provided. If desired, avpartnership is available. We are physician owned, patient focused and have no plans to sell to private equity.
