Description

We are working with a major European infrastructure private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing. They are now looking to add a VP to their infrastructure/ energy debt team.

The role will work on the following:

- Origination of investments for the firm

- Carrying out an initial appraisal of investments

- Financial/ LBO modelling

- Structuring of transactions alongside Directors

- Managing advisors as principal

- Deal execution

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

• VP level Infrastructure debt professionals from other funds
• Energy M&A bankers at the VP level
• VP leveraged Investment bankers with infrastructure lending experience
• Experience must including infrastructure/energy debt origination work
