Demonstrates professionalism, coachability, and a willingness to learn, much like an athlete who understands that success comes from mastering fundamentals and learning from experienced coaches.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
A current real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

As a Commercial Real Estate Agent specializing in hotel investments, you will:
Manage and grow a client database of hotel owners, developers, and investors.
Make outbound calls and conduct outreach to potential buyers, sellers, and capital partners.
Set up appointments and build relationships with decision‑makers in the hospitality and investment industries.
Source qualified buyers and match them with hotel and golf property opportunities.
Assist with property tours, market research, and financial analysis to support client decision‑making.

Senior Agent Mentorship:
You will work side‑by‑side with experienced agents who will coach you on underwriting, deal analysis, and client strategy.
Senior agents assist with high‑level negotiations and provide the knowledge base needed to close large, complex transactions.
Broker Support:
The broker provides all necessary legal agreements, contracts, and compliance guidance for transactions.
The broker also manages relationships with lenders and capital sources, giving you access to debt and equity financing options for clients.
Brokers back agents during contract negotiations, deal structuring, and final closings, ensuring you have expert support throughout the process.
